Roasted Chick Peas

These are crispy, delish, and a healthy lil bite.

Once you pop-you can't stop--seriously.

the low down:

1 can of chickpeas-drained and rinsed

lay flat out on baking sheet

drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and any spice you fancy. I like paprika or sweet and salty ones with a bit of brown sugar and extra salt. I think a cinnamon/sugar variety would be yummy too!

Pop then in the oven-@400 for 30-40 min. or until nice and crispy.
