Jalapeño Bread


1 loaf Rhodes Bread

Let rise until doubled. Knead it out a little and cut little slot criss cross sections in it. Grab a handful of cheese and push it into the bread and roll the bread up. Then knead out again, cut more sections & repeat with cheese. Then sprinkle with the juice of one can of diced jalapenos and pieces of jalapenos to your liking. Spread mild cheddar cheese on the bottom of a pie pan and also spread cheese throughout bread and on top.

Bake @ 350 degrees for approx. 20-30 minutes.

Break apart and serve with Chiz's Bleu Cheese dressing.
