Lemon Bars




 3/4 cup butter (melted)

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1 1/2 cups flour

Mix like pie crust dough and press into a long 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.


Mix:

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups white sugar

4 tablespoons flour

1/2 cup squeezed fresh lemon juice

Pour over hot crust & bake for 15 minutes more. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
