In 9x13 pan (glass is best) melt 4 T. butter.
Beat together:
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Add to buttered pan. Bake about 20 minutes @ 400 degrees.
Serve with syrup, or fruit and whipped cream.
