Bleu Bacon Chicken Quesadillas


10 flour tortillas

2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 pkg bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 c. bleu cheese crumbles

3 green onions, chopped

Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch dressing


Cook tortillas. Place a cooked tortilla in a large skillet on medium heat. Layer chicken, bacon, cheese, bleu cheese crumbles and green onions. Place another tortilla on top and heat (flipping over if needed) until cheese melts. Serve with blue cheese dressing or Ranch dressing.
