Tomato Mozzarella Salad


3 large tomatoes, sliced
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. minced fresh basil

On a large serving platter, alternate tomatoes and mozzarella slices. In a jar iwth a tight-fitting lid , combine the oil, salt, pepper; shake well. Drizzle over tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with basil.
