Spinach Dip


1 cup Mayonnaise
1 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, drain & squeeze dry
2-4 green onions chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
1 8 oz. can water chestnuts drained, chopped
1 round loaf bread, cubed

Combine first six ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Cut off top of round loaf. Hallow out. Bake 250 degrees, 20 min. Pour mixture into loaf. Serve with lid removed with cubed bread,fresh vegetables or crackers.
