1 oz. package Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
2 lbs. washed red potatoes (or Yukon Gold), quartered
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Place potatoes and oil in ziplock bag. Shake. Add ranch mix and shake until coated. Place on foil-covered and greased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 450 degrees.
