Chicken Enchiladas

6-8 chicken breasts
1 can chopped olives
1 bunch green onions
1 can green chili's

Mix and set aside.

1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1/2 lb mozzarella
1 cup Enchilada sauce (See Recipe below)

Combine all spoon into tortilla shells and roll up. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes

Enchilada Sauce

1/3 cup margarine (melted)
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
1 small can tomato sauce
20 oz. water simmer for 15 minutes

Pour sauce over top of enchiladas.
