Chocolate Chip Cheese Cake Ball


1 8oz. Pkg. Cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. Confectioner's sugar
2 T. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans (optional)

In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese & butter till smooth. Mix in
Confectioner’s sugar, brown sugar, & vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips, cover &
chill for 2 hours. Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into ball. Wrap with plastic
& chill for 1 hour. Roll the cheese ball in pecans, if desired, before serving. Dip
with Teddy Grahams or Graham Cracker sticks.

Hi Holly! This is Neals sister, Kira! The cheesecake ball looks really good and I'm wondering about how big you usually make the balls??? I guess it probably wouldn't matter a whole lot..but thought I'd ask anyway!! :)

I love this recipe! We got it from my cousin, who was able to finally successfully develop it after many attempts and tweaks! Yum yum!
