Fresh Pear Pie



  • 3 fresh pears sliced thin

  • 1 c. whipping cream

  • 2 T. flour

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1c sugar

Put sliced pears in unbaked pie shell, sprinkle dry ingredients over top of pears, pour in cream, cover with top pie crust and bake for 15 minutes @ 450 degrees and 30 minutes @ 325 degrees.
