Cut one Pork Loin in large pieces, fat side up.
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 T. Ketchup
dash MSG
dash ginger
dash salt
Marinate pork at least overnight and up to 2 days (2 days is best).
Bake 350 for 1 hour. Dip in hot mustard, ketchup & sesame seeds.
