Vegetable Soup


2 cups diced potatoes
1 1/2 cups carrots
1 can corn
1 can beans
2 can tomato paste
8 cups water
1-2 cups onions diced
1 cup celery
1 T. oil
3 bullion cubes (beef)
black pepper, minced garlic, dash of basil, to taste
Any type of noodle (optional)

We like to add ALOT of Cajun spice to our soup.

Cook on stove top simmering for approx. 1 hour.
