Fruit Pizza

Crust:

1 yellow cake mix

1/4 C margarine melted

1/4 C water2 eggs

1/4 C brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Spread into a greased jelly roll pan. (The batter will be thick. It will be easier to spread if you get your fingers wet.) Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. It will look golden brown.

Or use a favorite sugar cookie recipe for smaller servings.

Topping:

1 pkg. cream cheese (softened)

1/2 C powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 med. size Cool Whip

Mix together until smooth. Spread over crust and top with favorite fruits.

Ok, this is so weird--I have to comment! I'm a friend of several of your friends so I've happened upon your blog before. Anyway, I've been searching for a fruit pizza recipe for a family get together this weekend, and I remembered that you have a recipe blog...so I hopped on, found your recipe blog, and what do you know...you JUST posted a fruit pizza recipe!!! I hope you don't think I'm weird for a. looking at your blog and b. randomly commenting. Thank you, I can't wait to try this recipe...and probably some others, they all look yummy!

Your fruit pizza recipe is very easy and I will try for this one.
I'm planning to make this for lunch tomorrow. I think I'll try to shoot it, but I don't think it will be as pretty as your picture!
