Chocolate Mint Brownies

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
4 eggs
16 oz. Hershey Chocolate syrup

Combine all and pour in 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350
Cool Completely.

Then Spread on mint layer.

Cool and repeat with chocolate layer.

Mint Layer:
2 cup powder sugar
1/2 cup soft margarine
1 T. Water
3 drops green food coloring
1/2 tsp. mint or peppermint flavoring

Chocolate Layer:
1 cup semi sweet chips
6 T. margarine
Microwave until melted
