Cookies & Cream Freeze


4 squares bakers semi sweet chocolate
14 oreos divided
1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese softened
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz tub cool whip


Melt chocolate as directed on pkg. Set aside until ready to use. Line loaf pan with foil w/ ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Arrange 8 of the cookies, evenly on bottom of pan, crumble over remaining six cookies and set aside. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, in med. bowl until well blended. Stir in whipped topping, remove 1 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture and place in seperate bowl, stir in melted chocolate.


Spread white cream cheese mixture over cookies in pan. Sprinkle crumbled cookies on top. Gently press cookie crumbles into cream cheese mixture. Top with chocolate mixture, cover with seran wrap until frozen and firm.


Remove 15 minutes before serving. Remove foil.
