Chicken Chowder

4 chicken breasts, boil until tender cool and cube.
3 quarts broth

Add to broth:
1c. chopped onion
2 cups sliced celery
2 cups diced carrots
Cook in broth until tender.

Make paste of 1 c.flour
2 cubes butter melted
Add to broth and cooked vegetables

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Mix together until smooth and cheese is melted.

Salt, pepper and msg. to taste

2 c. frozen peas right before serving. (do not cook peas)
