Cinnamon Cream Syrup

1 C. sugar
1/2 C. light corn syrup
1/4 C. water
5 oz. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat and cook for two minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Add milk, vanilla, & cinnamon. Stir with whisk and mix well. Print this post
