Caramel Sauce


1/2 C. Real Butter

1 1/2 C. Brown sugar

3/4 C. Corn syrup

1 Can sweetened condensed milk (you can use fat free if you want)


Boil the above over medium heat for 5 minutes. Do not let it scorch, you must continuously stir it.


Remove from heat and add:

1 tsp. Vanilla

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Cinnamon


This will make 4, 8 oz jars. You probably want to refrigerate, but it will get stiff and harden. You can warm in the microwave. (Does not work well over ice cream, it gets way too hard!)
