8 oz. Spaghetti
1 T. margarine or butter
1 (24 oz) carton cottage cheese
3/4 cups Parmesan cheese
3 cups store bought red pasta sauce with meat
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain and mix with margarine to coat it. Meanwhile spray a 9x13 pan with cooking oil. Arrange cooked spaghetti in an even layer in dish. Spread cottage cheese over noodles. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Heat pasta sauce until bubbly. Spoon sauce over cheeses. Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
