Dinner Rolls


2 cups milk

1 cube butter

Cook until butter is melted


Add 2 cups really hot water

3 eggs

2/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup potato flakes

2 tsp. salt


Sprinkle in 2 T. fast rising yeast

4 cups flour

mix until smooth


Add 4 more cups of flour. Mix until dough does not cling to the sides of the bowl and until the texture is satiny.


Form into rolls on baking sheet, and let rise until double in size. Bake @ 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
