Homemade Chicken & Noodles


3 eggs

1/2 t. salt

2 cups flour

1/4 c. milk

1/4 t. soda


Mix, roll very thin and cut into strips. Use plenty of flour while rolling the noodles out.


Boil a chicken to make your chicken broth. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup. Also add a few drops of yellow food coloring to broth while cooking.


If you are making this for gravy thicken with butter & flour. If you are making more of a soup, use broth only and add carrots, celery and onions to taste.
