Pre-bake 10 medium potatoes- cool & grate or cube (whichever you prefer)
In a large bowl mix :
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1/3 cups onions or 1 tsp. onion salt or powder
1 cube melted butter
Place mixture into 9x13 pan and sprinkle with 1 1/2 c. grated cheese on top. Also sprinkle with cornflakes (optional)
Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
