Bacon Wrapped Chicken



3-4 Chicken Breasts

1/2 lb. Bacon

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup


Wrap uncooked chicken in strips of bacon. Place in 9x13 pan or crockpot. Mix Sour Cream & Cream of Chicken soup together. Pour over bacon wrapped chicken. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour (uncovered) Or in crock pot on high for 3-4 hours. Serve over rice.

I tried this recipe tonight, adding some garlic salt and basil overtop the bacon wrapped chicken before spreading on the sour cream/cream of chicken mixture. LOVED it over plain white rice; delicious; thank you for sharing.
