Carmel in a Can






Poke small hole in top of the Sweetened Condensed Milk's top. Place Sweetened Condesed Milk in pot of water hole facing upward. Make sure the can is emersed in water. Bring water to a boil & simmer over low heat for a minimum of 3 1/2 hours up to 5 hours depending on how thick you want your carmel sauce.


Open can and scoop carmel dip out into a serving bowl.

This carmel dip is sugar free & fat free!
