Honey Glazed Carrots


1 ½ C baby carrots
3 TBS honey
2 TBS brown sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
pepper to taste

Place carrots in 1 inch of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. In a small skillet combine honey, brown sugar, pepper, and lemon juice. Cook and stir until bubbly. Add carrots and stir until well coated.
