Connie's Stew


About 2 cups brown beef chunks (just cheap steaks)

1 pkg stew mix

1 can tomato soup

1 can corn

1 can sliced carrots

1/2 can peas, drained

1 can sliced potatoes, drained (or you can add fresh potatoes and just cook the stew longer)


Cook the beef according to the directions on the stew mix package. Add the other ingredients in separate pan and once beef is cooked, add it to the to veggie/soup mixture until warm and veggies are cooked through.


We like to eat this with rolls and some shredded cheese on top :) Great for a rainy, cold day!
