Egg Rolls




Brown 1 lb fresh ground pork, season liberally with garlic salt or fresh garlic, salt & pepper. Set aside.




Slice (1 inch tall & thin) 4 stalks celery, 10 baby carrots, 1 bundle green onions.




Rinse 2 packages Bean Sprouts.




Place 1 T. butter and 1 T. oil in large WOK. Add carrots and celery first. Do not over cook. You don't want them too tender. Add green onions and season vegetables with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Set aside.




Cook Bean Sprouts in oil for 2-3 minutes. (For extra flavor add 1 T. fresh garlic.)




Combine Pork, vegetables, and bean sprouts in large bowl. Add 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 tsp. ground ginger & 1 T. sugar. Season with pepper to taste.




Wrap mixture in egg roll wrappers. (Approx. 2 packages) Follow directions on pkg.




Fry egg rolls in oil & serve.
