Homemade Pizza Dough



Dough:
1 C. warm water
2 T. melted butter
2 tsp. sugar

Combine in mixer and sprinkle with 1 package yeast. Let stand 4 minutes.

Add 2 1/2 - 3 Cups flour & 1 tsp. salt. Knead in bowl. Cover and let rise 45 minutes.

Spread dough onto baking stone and layer with sauce, cheese and your choice in toppings. Bake 400* for approx. 15 minutes.

Pizza Sauce:
8 oz. can tomatoe sauce, parsley flakes, crushed basil, oregano, garlic powder and onion powder to taste.
