White Chicken Tortilla Soup


2 chicken breast (or 2 cans of canned chicken breast)
½ teaspoon cumin
3 ½ cups water
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
4 chicken bouillon cubes
Simmer the ingredients above for 20 minutes, then remove chicken, cut into small pieces, and then put back in water.
1 large onion
2 gloves garlic or 1 T. Minced Garlic
Sauté above ingredients and then add onions to the pot with the broth and chicken.


Add to the pot:
1 package frozen white corn
½ can chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
3 cans great northern beans (white beans)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
Continue to let simmer until the desired consistency and beans are cooked. (I like to just throw it all in the crock pot and cook it all day long. )
Serve with:
Tortilla chips
Chopped green onions
Sour cream
Chopped tomatoes
Grated cheese
Avocado
