Lion House Parmesan Green Beans


Ingredients:

6 oz. bacon diced

3/4 cup onions finely chopped

6 cups Green beans canned, cut

*salt 1/4 tsp.

1/2 cup cornflake crumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fry bacon until crisp, remove from fat and drain.
Cook onions in bacon fat until tender, stirring constantly.
Drain off most of bacon fat. Heat green beans, drain well.
Add bacon, onions, salt, cornflake crumbs, and cheese.
Serve immediately.
*amount of salt will vary depending on saltiness of beans.
