Chicken Bow Tie Salad


4 cups chicken breast cooked & diced
2 T. green onion sliced
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 cups bow tie pasta cooked & drained

For the dressing mix:
18 oz. bottle Kraft coleslaw dressing with
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. ginger
dash thyme (not ground, just rub between fingers)

3/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits drained
2 cups red seedless grapes cut in halves
1 cup celery diced

Pour dressing over chicken, onions, pasta & seasonings, Add 2 cups seedless grapes cut in half (green or red), pineapple, celery & almonds to pasta mixture. Mix all together, refrigerate 1-2 hours. Print this post
