Japanese Chicken



2 eggs
1 cup flour
6 Tbsp. sesame seeds(optional)
8 chicken breasts
3/4 cup soy sauce
2 cups vinegar
1/3 cup water
2 cups sugar
rice or rice noodles


Preheat oven to 350. Whip eggs, dip chicken in eggs then in flour. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a sauce, and pour sauce over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or rice noodles. Print this post
