Steamed Artichokes



Trim top and bottom of artichokes. Wash well. Place in large pot and add 2 inches of water. Drizzle with:

olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
½ tsp garlic salt
Onions
Parsley flakes

Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Serve with melted butter.
