Makes 1—9” pie serves aprox. 6 people
- 3/4 C. creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbl butter
- 1 1/2 C. graham cracker
Crush graham crackers (using Ziploc bag and rolling pin). Heat 1/2 C. peanut butter and 3 Tbl butter until smooth. Stir in graham crackers and cool. Press mixture onto sides and bottom of 9” pie pan. Chill.
- 1 pkg regular vanilla pudding mix (4 serving size)
- 1 1/2 C. milk
In saucepan combine pudding mix and 1 1/2 C. milk, cook and stir to a full boil. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 C. peanut butter and spoon onto crust. Chill.
- 1 pkg regular chocolate pudding mix (4 serving size)
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
In saucepan combine pudding mix and 1 1/2 C. milk, cook and stir to a full boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Spoon over vanilla mixture and crust. Chill. To serve top with whipped cream, chopped peanuts and chocolate shavings (optional).
