White Chocolate Brownie Bites

Make 1 pkg. of a brownie mix according to package directions.

Instead of pouring batter into the 8x8 pan, fill mini-muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 325 for 12 minutes only!

As soon as you take them out of the oven, mash with the back of a spoon the tops of the brownie so there is a concave top. {This is to hold all the white chocolate frosting}.

Remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack.

White Chocolate Frosting:

2 oz white chocolate, melted

2 T. milk

1 8oz package cream cheese

1 cup Cool Whip

Mix the frosting ingredients together and pipe onto the brownies when brownies have cooled. I used a 2D tip and made rosettes on the tops.
