Pepsi Chicken

6 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 small onion (I just cut it in big slices, so that they're easy to pick out)

1 green bell pepper (cut into strips)

1/2 to 3/4 pepsi (20 oz.) we just dump some in

1/2 to 3/4 BBQ sauce (28 oz.) we just dump some in (we like Sweet Baby Rays or Bullseye the best)




Place everything in large crockpot. Cook on low for approximately 8 hours.

We do this with coke! Sooo yummy!
