German Sausage Balls

oil for frying
1 onion, fresh, dried or minced
bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 T. parsley, fresh, dried, or minced
1 12 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 #14 can sauerkraut, drained well
1 1/2 lbs ground pork, fried & drained

Mix together all ingredients, eggs, oil & bread crumbs with your hands.
chill until stiff. shape into small balls, about a quarter size.  Roll in flour, dip into egg, and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry @ 375 degrees till golden brown. Serve hot. Prepared balls may be frozen before frying. YUMMY!!!!
