1 rack of pork spareribs

Trim fat off spareribs, rinse with water and pat dry. Rub with a light coating of vegetable oil to give your seasonings something to stick to. Sprinkle with brisket seasoning or Lawrys.

Wrap tightly (double or triple wrap) in aluminum foil and place on a cookie sheet (juices may leak out if you don't wrap tightly). Put in oven and bake at 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours. Remove from oven and let rest on cookie sheet for 1 hour.

Brush your favorite barbecue sauce on them and place them back in the oven at 350 for just a few minutes.

These are SO tender, and just fall right off the bone!
