Monkey Bread

4 cans refrigerated biscuits
2/3 cups sugar
1-2 t. cinnamon (to taste)
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 1/4 cubes butter
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon

Cut biscuits into quarters and toss in cinnamon sugar mixture. Grease and flour bundt pan; drop biscuits into pan. Put remaining 1 1/2 cup of sugar, butter, vanilla, and 1 t. cinnamon in a pan and bring to a boil. Pour over biscuits. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes. (check at 35 min.) Remove from pan immediately.
