Pork Chops in the Crock Pot

Brown Boneless Pork Chops & place in bottom of the crock pot. Top with 4 oz. mushrooms & sliced onion.
In separate bowl mix:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 package onion soup mix

Add sauce to top of chops & cook on high approx. 6 hours.
Serve over rice or with a baked potato.
