Triple Layer Lasagna--Crockpot


1lb lean ground beef
1can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
1 onion
1tablespoon garlic
9-12 oven ready lasagna noodles
1 jar tomato sauce
1 container fat free cottage cheese (16 oz)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Combine: beef, tomatoes, onion, garlic & cook until meat is fully cooked...coat slow cooker with cooking spray. Place 3 noodles side by side in the bottom of cooker. Top with 1/3 of tomato sauce, cottage cheese, beef mixture & mozzarella. Repeat layers two more times, ending with mozzarella. Sprinkle parmesan on top.

Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or until lasagna is through and cheese bubbly.
