Stuffed Jumbo Shells


12 oz. package jumbo pasta shells (cooked & drained according to package directions)

3 C. cottage cheese

12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese


3/4 C. grated parmesan cheese


2 eggs, lightly beaten

garlic powder (to taste)

oregano (to taste)

26 oz. spaghetti sauce


Mix together cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 C. parmesan cheese. Stir in eggs, garlic powder, & oregano; mix well. Stuff mixture into cooked shells. Spread some spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Place stuffed shells open side up and close together into pan. Spread remaining spaghetti sauce over top & sprinkle with remaining 1/4 C. parmesan cheese (I just sprinkled some of the powdered kind on top). Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly & the cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
