Beat Together:
16 oz. softened cream cheese
2 C. powdered sugar
1 C. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Beat Together:
1 C. whipping cream (maybe you could use cool whip)
1 tsp.. vanilla
1 T. sugar
Mix 2 qts fresh strawberries, raspberries, or peaches with 3/4 T. sugar.
Break one 14 oz angel food cake into bite-size pieces and add to cream cheese and whipped cream mixture. Layer 1/3 strawberries 1/2 cake, 1/3 strawberries, 1/2 cake, 1/3 strawberries. Very pretty in a layered glass bowl.
