Best Ever Cinnamon Rolls

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. of scalded milk
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
6-7 c. flour
2 T. yeast
2 eggs

Scald milk while mixing sugar, water & salt together. Add scalded milk, oil and 3 cups flour. Mix together. Add 2 T. yeast and 2 eggs add the remaining flour. Knead for one minute. Let rise for one hour. Roll out dough and add cinnamon filling. Let rise for 45 minutes. Cook @ 350 for 10 minutes.

Filling: 1/2 c. of melted butter, add 1 c. brown sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.

Frost if desired.
