Black Bean Salad

1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 red pepper diced ( I’ve used orange and yellow instead as well)
1 green pepper diced
5-8 green onions—chopped
hand full of cilantro (optional)
1/3 bottle Hendrickson’s Sweet Vinegar and Olive Oil dressing
Serve with Salsa Chips
