1 bunch baby spinach
1 handful Kale
1 handful parsley
4 peeled whole regular size oranges
1 c. frozen raspberries
1 cup fruit juice (I use 100% apple juice)
1 cup water
1 T. extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
1-2 T. flaxseed
1-2 T. wheat germ
