- handful of spinach
- whole apple, cored but not peeled
- handful of kale
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons flax seed
- 1 tablespoon wheatgerm
- 1 tablespoon evoo or coconut oil
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup cubed ice
Blend all together, until smooth.
