3 Ingredient Lemon Cake

3 ingredients - can't beat that!  1 box lemon cake mix-mix with one 18 oz bottle of diet 7-up Bake at 350 for 30 min in 9x13 pan. Cool and top with one tub of light cool whip. So moist and tons of flavor!

I'd love to know what kind of cake mix is being used because even if a "sugar free" mix is being used the Weight Watcher's point value is a heck of a lot more than 19 pts for the whole cake - it's more like 48. Please publish what kind of cake mix is used that can make this 1.5 WW points per slice. Thank you!

if you look up Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix and look at the stats for just the mix, it equals 5 points for the whole box which serves 12. So adding the Lite Cool Whip seems like it would certainly not be more than 1-2 points.

oops! I just realized that the whole cake mix is not 5 points but 60 points!! Sorry, so the point value is way off...more 5 per serving without the cool whip! Sorry! Now I too want to know how this baker got those points!

I am in the process of making this cake as we speak only instead of using the Lemon Supreme cake mix I am using the Coconut Supreme cake mix and after doing the math, 1 slice ( 12 in the whole cake )is slightly below 4.5 Points Plus. 4.37 to be exact. Hope this helps
