Turkey Meatballs



1 lb ground turkey
oregano, basil, garlic, parsley — spices to taste — I use 1/2 – 1 tsp each
1 egg
1/2 6 oz can of tomato sauce
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
finely chopped green pepper and onions
Mix everything together shape into balls (I make them from a cookie dough baller)
Bake at 350 for 22 to 27 minutes in muffin pan (I even use muffin liners) or cook in 2 TB olive oil in sear pan on med high heat.
Make sure the oil is heated first.
 Drizzle with appropriate ketchup, tomato sauce or marinara and parmesan.
